MARK KNOBIL FILM/TAPE
I do Documentary Television Cinematography for PBS, Discovery Channel and National Geographic ...
or you.
I feel the most critical part of my job is making the cold, frightening place in front of the camera as warm and supportive as I can. Hand-held photography - smooth and interactive, is my thing.
I have both a complete Aaton XTR Super-16 package, and a Video package featuring an Ikegami V-55 BetaSP camera, as well as a Sony PD150 for the tight spots. Lots of other do-dads including a Port-Jib, and Joker HMI lights.
Much of my work lately has been using HD
Recent Projects:
"The Skin We're In" (National Geographic Special - in progress)
"The Shape of Life" (Eight hour series for National Geographic)
"Evolution" (special NOVA science series)
"The Bread My Sweet" (feature film staring Scott Baio)
I have experienced a lot of crazy situations, all of which will help me make your project a success.
Please give me a call or drop me a note ...
I'd love to hear about your project.
